CHL CONSTRUCTION is a building contractor based in Singapore, with over 20 years of experience in the market. The company was founded by Mr. Chua Hock Lam and developed to become a reference provider of building works in the public and private sector.
Currently, CHL holds multiple licenses under the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA), such as General Building, Specialist Builder for Pre-cast Concrete Work, Civil Engineering, Construction Work, Demolition and Waterproofing. It also carry licenses as Supplier of Essential Building Materials.
